I-70 Exit 155 is ~2-3 miles West of the trial site.  Exit 160 is ~2-3 miles East of the trial site

   8/4/09: no reserved/blocked rooms, but offering POTC rate of $64.99 available until "last minute" just before the trial.  May be booked on Friday night.     

    1/30/09: POTC/PDTC rate $64.99 for either 2 doubles or a King; & pet fee reduced to 1-time $10/stay fee, and limit on # of dogs (and weight) is waived.  

    This rate is good for the April, June, and October trials.  Note that for any given trial, the rate is good only up to ~1 month prior to the trial date, after which they revert to normal rates.  For Oct09, they are currently offering this rate only for Thursday and Saturday nights (Friday room availability is limited).

    1/30/09: POTC/PDTC rate $85 for 2-Dbl room; will waive pet charge as well as limit on # of dogs and weight limit.

    1/30/09, the Baymont's rate for either a KG or QN is $65 if you are booking online for 2+ nights.  This is NOT a "PDTC rate", it's just what you'll find online.  Pet fee is $25/stay.

    IMPORTANT: the Baymont has indicated they are now enforcing a 1 pet/room limit.  If you will only have 1 pet with you, please consider staying here so that people with multiple pets can get rooms at the hotels that will allow more than one per room!

    7/30/09: new management may not be allowing pets.  Please call to check with them, and if they have changed their policy, point out that they are missing the opportunity to rent rooms to several hundred agility exhibitors that weekend...    

    3/09:    Their website says they don't allow pets, but the management told us they will (as of ~Mar09) - but call to check first!
